n) that advertises any illegal service or the sale of any items the sale of which is prohibited or restricted by any applicable law, including without limitation items the sale of which is prohibited or regulated by California law.

o) that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

p) that disrupts the normal flow of dialogue with an excessive amount of Content (flooding attack) to the Service, or that otherwise negatively affects other users' ability to use the Service; or

q) that employs misleading email addresses, or forged headers or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of Content transmitted through the Service.

Additionally, you agree not to:

r) contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted, or make unsolicited contact with anyone for any commercial purpose;

y) use any form of automated device or computer program that enables the submission of postings on JoeDaddy without each posting being manually entered by the author thereof (an "automated posting device"), including without limitation, the use of any such automatedposting device to submit  postings in bulk, or for automatic submission of postings at regular intervals.

Linking to Our Website

You may link to our Website, provided you do so in a way that is legal and appropriate. You may not, however, suggest any form of association, endorsement or approval by JoeDaddy of any other Website, organization or individual without our express written consent.

We reserve the right to remove linking permission without notice. Should a particular link violate any aspect of these Terms of Use, JoeDaddy reserves the right to limit or terminate access to the site by the creator of said link.

9  Severance

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

10  Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of USA and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the USA courts.
